Cash for Kim
How is it possible that North Korea, one of the poorest countries in the world, is funding a nuclear weapons programme that could challenge even the USA? Answer: Thanks to Office 39.
This organization is a secret division of the government apparatus. Its goal is to raise foreign currency by any means necessary to provide money for Kim Jong-un’s regime. Counterfeit money, drugs, human trafficking – nothing is too nefarious for North Korea’s money gangsters.
The documentary reveals the most spectacular cases and shows the breathtaking tricks North Korea has been using for decades to successfully circumvent UN sanctions and build its nuclear program.
